A macro photography of ice. I am really sorry, but I can't describe it. It is amazingly detailed, clear and fascinating in … well, many aspects.

The pictures show 0,5cm to 5cm thick plates of ice. The different structures are obtained by using different sorts of water (distilled, boiled, salted and tab-water) and different freezing-temperatures (-3° – -30° celsius). The depicted sections measure about 5x5cm
